We’re excited to announce that Brandini Toffee has just received the keys to a new manufacturing facility in Rancho Mirage, CA. Centrally located in the Coachella Valley, this 5,200 sq. ft. building will allow us to expand production and develop new products. With great visibility on Highway 111, this location is ideal for a retail storefront scheduled to open sometime before the holidays. So if you’re in the Palm Springs area, look us up!
Brandini Toffee founders Leah Post and Brandon “Brandini” Weimer have graduated from La Quinta High School and are headed for business school. Brandon will be attending the University of Arizona and Leah Post, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Brandini Toffee wins the Gold Sofi™ Award in the category of “Outstanding Chocolate”. Founders Leah and Brandon are the youngest recipients of the award. Selected from 2,091 across 32 categories, a panel of specialty food experts selected 150 Silver Finalists before the Summer Show. Noted Chef Jacques Pepin announced the sofi™ Gold Awards, as well as honors for NASFT’s Outstanding Retailers of 2008, during the keynote event at 5:30 p.m. today at the Javits Center in New York City.
Brandini Toffee has been selected as a Silver Finalist in Part 1 of the 2008 SoFi Awards Competition (Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation). The finalists will be showcased at the Global Food & Style Expo in Chicago. Nearly 1,200 products in 31 categories were judged on numerous attributes, including quality, innovation, packaging, ingredient profile and pricing.
The final judging to select Gold winners will take place at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City. The winners will be announced on June 30.
